Return policy:

All items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Products may be returned for exchange or for a full refund of the invoiced price minus the shipping charges within 30 days of the original shipment date. After 30 days, returns are not acceptable. All products must be returned in NEW condition, including all packaging materials, inserts andmanuals, warranty cards, and all accessories.

You must contact us at customerservice@entoutlet.com and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to us. NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

Any shipping errors made including wrong or damaged items being sent will be replaced by us at no extra shipping charge.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. All returns are subject to inspection. All orders canceled will be subject to shipping and handling charges once shipment has been made. Any damage to a shipped item must be reported immediately. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that are returned to us by the customer.
